moisture wicking (clothing) 뜻

나이키에서 운동용 양말을 샀는데 "MOISTURE WICKING" 이라고 쓰여있다.

이게 뭔뜻이지...??

 

WICKING이라는 것은 모세관 현상으로 인해 액체를 빨아 들이는 것을 말한다.

moisture wicking (clothing) 은 수분을 흡수하는 옷감! 땀 흡수 효과!

 

땀 흡수가 잘 되는 원단을 moisture wicking fabric이라고 하는데 그냥 보통 면 아니면 dry fit이라고 하는 스포츠웨어등을 뜻하는 것 같다.
